After their past winter sales, now they are offering another batch of rooms starting at 29£ per night in locations all over the UK.
Valid for 21 days advance purchase, for travel between 1 March and 25 May 2013.

The practical part about it is that once you click on a selected city, Premier Inn will show you a calendar with the rates applicable at each hotel and on each day. So you can adapt your trip to get the best deals (if your trip dates / locations are flexible):
For example, the 29£ nightly rate is available during the entire week of 11 - 17 March at the Premier Inn Manchester North, except the Friday and Saturday, when the rate is 41£ (which is still a good deal).
