After their past winter sales, now they are offering another batch of rooms starting at 29£ per night in locations all over the UK.
Valid for 21 days advance purchase, for travel between 26 May and 4 September 2013.The rates are non-refundable.

The practical part about it is that once you click on a selected city, Premier Inn will show you a calendar with the rates applicable at each hotel and on each day. So you can adapt your trip to get the best deals (if your trip dates / locations are flexible):
For example, the 29£ nightly rate is available during the entire week of 3 - 9 June at the Premier Inn Liverpool Roby Road, except the Saturday, when the rate is 43£ (which is still a good deal). An extended 3 night weekend (7 - 10 June 2013) at that hotel costs 103£ booked directly on Premier Inn website (including a 2£ credit card processing fee). The same room costs 164£ from booking.com.
