Affordable quality hotels for 2013 Oktoberfest

After our post at the beginning of the year when we looked at the hotels with the best quality / price ration within a 2 km radius from the venue, now, with only 4 months till the event, we are trying to see what's left, under the following conditions:

- 3 nights over the period 27-30 September 2013;
- 4-star hotels with breakfast included;
- good reviews (TripAdvisor, booking.com);
- could be located even further away from the Theresienwiese (but still reachable using public transportation).
