We found an ongoing discount code for car rental through Europcar.
Below is the simple step by step procedure for the use of the code:

That's it the discount will be applied the rates shown will be on average 15% lower than regular rates.
We found the code on the website of a bank, made available to their customers. There do not seem to be any restrictions on the Europcar website about using this rate.
