Booking.com Secret Deals - how to register to join the offers

We come back with more precise guidance on how to register to the Booking.com Secret Deals / Flash Deals. You basically have 2 options: registration to the Booking.com newsletter, or to "Like" their Facebook page.

Here are the simple steps for each of the options:

Email registration

- go to this --> page

-at the bottom of that page, you will see the button for e-mail subscription (see print-screen below)

 - push the button indicated with the arrow in the print-screen above. A pop window will appear. Use this window to sent yourself an e-mail (write your e-mail in both sections of the form). VERY IMPORTANT: make sure you click to activate to option "Yes, I want to subscribe to the newsletter" - see printr-screen below:

- push the button "Send email. That's it - you will start receiving regular e-mails with the secret deals hotels.

Facebook registration

- go to your Facebook page, search for Booking.com, push the "Like" button. Then go to Booking.com Facebook page and click on the Secret Deals menu. You will have there all the hotels on offer from all countries worldwide:

One of the resources we use to obtain good prices is the Secret/ Flash Deals promotion from booking.com.

All you have to do is to register your e-mail address to their newsletter and you will receive  regular e-mails to special offers in many countries. See these simple steps:

Another option is to "like" the booking.com site on Facebook and then have access any time to their deals.

Here are some examples of offers for a double room for the next week-end in Europe (2 nights between 11-13 August 2012). We usually look for the best quality/price ratio, so usually you will not find budget or luxury hotels in our posts, unless one of the readers asks for help with such categories of hotels:

Mercure Bonn Hardtberg, 2 nights (11-13 August 2012) for the total price 63 euro.

Hotel Unaway Ochiobello, 2 nights (11-13 August 2012) for the total price of 69 euro (breakfast included).

Please be aware that these deals are limited and, if they sell out, you would not be able to get the same rates as we found when we prepared this post. Check carefully the final price when you click on the links above.

Of course there are two factors that improve the chances of finding a good deal this way:

- to have some flexibility in terms of timing, but also location;
- to start looking about 1 month in advance of your planned trip.

Even without benefiting from the above, we still managed to find good deals in the past for strict time and places.
